The Wakeless Harbor web site is developed with content provided by Gary Petersen and other affiliated members to Wakeless Harbor. Management, design and other web solutions of said content are then contractually handled by Western Skies Business Solutions. Western Skies is a local business currently found in the town of Manila, Utah and is proud to serve as web master for the town and other local businesses. Unlike some web masters or designers, Western Skies, under contractual agreement has entered into a limited license agreement of all or any content found on this site. This web sites ownership resides solely with the current business entity of Wakeless Harbor, with limited rights to any content or media provided by Western Skies.
