Formally, Steinaker's Boat Storage, and now Wakeless Harbor Storage is receiving many improvements as part of a 2009 master plan designed to improve the quality of services for you the customer. We think you will agree that Wakeless Harbor is a great solution for all your RV, Transport and Marine Services.
Storage Services
Wakeless Harbor Storage has INDOOR and OUTSIDE storage. The storage yard will be organized by type of vehicle and size. Ultimately we plan on moving our repair facility to the east end of the two metal buildings. Much is being done to improve the condition of the property. Tree trimming, garbage hauling, fence/gate repair, surveillance cameras, and motion sensor lighting for night is all planned. As appropriate, we will have a grader in to level the ground and smooth out the ruts made in wet weather. As rental volume permits, we will have road base & gravel brought in to further improve the driving and parking surface.
Off season is a perfect time to catch up on repairs that would otherwise impair full utilization of your equipment when you most need it. We may offer labor rate incentives for work performed during the winter storage period for customers who store annually. Consult with us to help you prioritize your repair needs. While some repairs are urgent, other standard maintenance can be performed off season.

Storage Fees
We currently offer the lowest price in Manila for dry storage.
$25 minimum/month or $1 /foot in length.
- Outside storage a 19 foot boat is $25.00 a month,
- a 33 foot motor home is $33.00,
- Inside storage is $3.65/ft LOA measured from the trailer hitch to the back of the boat or trailer, whichever is greater.
